- Property Edit Pencil – takes user to Property Edit page.
- Checklists – view attached checklists from here, or attach new ones.
- Use Compare Offers for a report of multiple or competing offers to send to your client for review.
- User may change the status of offers on this page or on the Edit Transaction page.
- Enter Offer Button – enter new offers for a property with previous offers here.
- View/Edit Button – takes user to the View/Edit Transaction page for the specific offer.
- Update Offers Button – user must click this button after updating items on this page.
- Delete Transaction – only usable by Admin designated users.
