Home Page – Your action page.  A summary of People, Listings, Transactions and Checklist items due.  Click on the menu at the top to enter the different pages. Click on the home icon with the black background in top left to be taken back to your home page.

  • Picture/Icon – Upper right, allows Profile updates and Logout.
  • Settings – Manage email notifications and syncing with Google Contacts and Calendars. The WebApp provides a “one-way” sync with your Google Account.  Contacts and Calendar items are synced from AdminSystems to Google, but will not sync your Google items back to AdminSystems.  This function keeps your address books and calendars in your cell phone or computer updated for “on the go” usage.  The Flyover (?)’s will lead you through the process.  The total number of records to displayed per page is changeable on the Settings page at the bottom under Number of Results to Display.
  • Profile – You may update your personal information and password here. This includes uploading a personal photo.
  • In each Section (People, Properties, Transactions), click on the name in the header bar to be taken to another Section.
  • Under Transactions, click on the Checklists Due numbers to open a menu of items due today, tomorrow and the next day (immediate attention items).
